3&4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has imported coal from Russia via Dubai pursuant to a contract dated 03.08.2022, however, the customs authorities are not allowing release of such consignment and the petitioner is required to produce Electronic Import Form from the relevant bank, whereas, the bank is not issuing such form, as the payment has been deferred pursuant to an Addendum to Contract No.03-2022-AMIA-GV, whereby, all payments are due within 365 days from the date of invoice, copy of same has been annexed as Annexure “J” at page 103 of instant petition.

Let pre-admission notice be issued to the respondents as well as D.A.G., to be served through first three modes, for 29.09.2022, when comments, if any, shall be filed with advance copy to the learned counsel for petitioner.
