Learned counsel for the appellants submits that through impugned order application for reopening the side of the appellants/defendant has been dismissed, whereas, the application filed by the respondent No.1/plaintiff for appointment of Receiver has been allowed, however, without assigning any reason, whereas, on the fateful date, counsel for the defendants/appellants was not in attendance.

Let pre-admission notice be issued to the respondents, to be served through first three modes, for 22.09.2022, when reply/objection, if any, shall be filed with advance copy to the leaned counsel for appellants.
