No one is in attendance on behalf of the appellant, no intimation is received. On the previous two dates of hearing, when the matter was taken up for order as to non-prosecution, Mr. Kashif Dehraj, Law Officer of the appellant had shown appearance and requested for time to comply with office objection, however, it appears that the needful has not been done. Today, neither the appellant nor their counsel/law officer is in attendance.

Record shows that instant appeal was filed on 22.06.1994 and since then cost has not been paid nor copy has been supplied, therefore, paper book could not be prepared. Several opportunities have already been granted to the appellant to comply with office objection, however, the needful has not been done. It appears that the appellant has lost interest in pursuing instant appeal, which is pending in this Court since 1994 without any useful progress. Moreover, the conduct of the appellant, their counsel and the law officer is otherwise not appreciable, as the appellant has chosen to remain absent without any intimation to the Court. Accordingly, instant appeal is dismissed on account of non-prosecution.
