            After hearing the learned counsel for the parties at some length and in view of the fact that the injunction applications in the suit have not yet been finally decided, whereas, the ad-interim orders are being affected appealed against, by consent, listed applications are disposed of with the directions to both the learned counsel for the parties to appear before the learned Single Judge for hearing of both the applications i.e. CMA Nos.10036 and 10726 of 2022 and may raise all such grounds/objections for seeking interim relief in accordance with law.

            At this juncture, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant may be allowed to issue a fresh 30 days’ Notice for calling half-yearly General Body Meeting as per Byelaw No.17(a) of Karachi Gymkhana Rules. Learned counsel for the respondents No.1&2 raises an objection and submits that under the facts and circumstances of the instant case and in terms of above Bye-laws of Karachi Gymkhana, such meeting cannot be held after 15^th July. Let such request may be made before the learned Single Judge, who may hear both the parties in this regard while hearing aforesaid applications and may pass appropriate order(s) in accordance with law.
