Learned counsel for the appellant, under instructions, does not press instant High Court Appeal, as according to learned counsel, the suit in which impugned order was passed has been compromised between the parties, therefore, instant High Court Appeal has become infructuous. In support of his contention learned counsel for the appellant has placed on record a copy of order dated 21.10.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge to this effect.

Accordingly, instant High Court Appeal stands dismissed as not pressed alongwith listed applications.
