On the last date of hearing also, no one was in attendance and the matter was adjourned, however, with caution that counsel for the petitioner shall come prepared to assist this Court as to maintainability of this petition in terms of order dated 04.12.2020 passed in the instant case.

Today, neither the petitioner nor his counsel is in attendance, who appears to have lost interest in pursuing instant matter, whereas, it is pending since 01.12.2020 without any useful progress. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed on account of non-prosecution alongwith listed application.
