Petitioner and his counsel are called absent, no intimation is received. Instant petition was filed on 11.08.2020 alleging illegal construction, however, after having been filed instant petition petitioner and his counsel have not come forward to proceed with the matter.

As an indulgence, we are adjourning this matter for a date to be fixed after two weeks, with a note of caution that if, on the next date of hearing, nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner, instant petition will be dismissed on account of non-prosecution.

Today, neither the petitioner nor his counsel is in attendance, who appears to have lost interest in pursuing instant matter, whereas, it is pending since 11.08.2020 without any useful progress. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed on account of non-prosecution alongwith listed applications.
