            Appellant and its counsel are called absent, no intimation is received. Instant appeal was filed on 08.03.2021, thereafter, the matter was fixed in Court for order as to non-prosecution on three different occasions, whereby, the time was granted to the appellant to comply with office objection, inspite of the fact that on the last date of hearing, no one was in attendance on behalf of the appellant. It appears that appellant has lost interest in pursuing instant Ist Appeal, as no one is coming forward to pursue the appeal or even to comply with office objection. Accordingly, we are left with no option, but to dismiss instant appeal on account of non-prosecution alongwith listed application.
