2. Learned counsel for the appellant, under instructions, submits that the appellant’s attorney does not want to press instant High Court Appeal, as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, whereas, Suit No.34/2015 has also been disposed of by way of compromise. Learned counsel for the appellant further submits that alongwith the application copies of compromise agreement and special power of attorney have been annexed.

Learned counsel for the respondent does not dispute such position.

Accordingly, by consent, the application (CMA No.4142/2022) is allowed and instant High Court Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn alongwith listed application.
