3-5.     After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner at some length, it appears that no substantial violation appears to have been pointed out in the instant petition, whereas, the petitioner has approached Director General, Sindh Building Control Authority through his letter dated 08.05.2023 (available at page 63 of instant petition), wherein, violation in the impugned construction on the subject plot has been intimated. Let Director General, Sindh Building Control Authority, may pass appropriate order on the representation of petitioner, as referred to hereinabove, in accordance with law and in case of any violation is found in the impugned construction, appropriate action may be taken strictly in accordance with law. However, in case the needful is not done, petitioner will be at liberty to file fresh petition.

Instant petition stands disposed of in above terms.
