Petitioner present in person submits that respondent No.6 was raised illegal and unauthorized construction on the subject plot beyond the approved building plan of ground plus four floors, whereafter, he has applied for approval of ground plus sixth floors, however such approval has been declined, which has been verified by the learned counsel for SBCA, who submit that report to this effect has already been filed, wherein, it has been stated that the request of respondent No.6 for raising construction of ground plus sixth floors has been declined, whereas, the columns, which were raised on the fifth floor, were removed. No one has shown appearance on behalf of the respondent No.6.

In view of hereinabove facts and circumstances of the case, instant Petition is disposed of with the directions to the SBCA to ensure that no illegal and unauthorized construction shall be allowed to be raised on the subject plot beyond the approved building plan and in case of any violation, action shall be taken against the delinquent official(s) in accordance with law.

Instant Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
