Petitioner is called absent, no intimation is received. Instant petition was filed on 04.06.2021, whereby, petitioner appears to have expressed his personal grievance against Defence Housing Authority, who according to petitioner, did not provide the record of certain properties subject matter of suits filed by petitioner against his ex-wife, whereas, it has been further alleged that DHA Authorities have deliberately withheld such documents in connivance of private respondents with malafide intention to cause damage and loss to the petitioner and to provide unlawful gain to the private respondents. From perusal of the contents of instant petition, it appears that there are generalize allegation against the conduct of DHA regarding non-production of record and/or illegal transfer of property in the name of respondents, who according to petitioner, were benami owners. It appears that matter requires evidence and scrutiny of record in properly instituted proceedings and cannot be examined in the instant petition under Article 199 of the Constitution. Moreover, after having been filed instant petition, petitioner did not appear before this Court when the matter was fixed on 01.07.2021 and 17.08.2022.

Today also, neither the petitioner is in attendance, nor any intimation is received, which shows that petitioner has lost interest in pursuing instant petition, which is accordingly dismissed on account of non-prosecution alongwith listed application.
