No one is in attendance on behalf of the petitioner, no intimation is received. urgency is dismissed. It appears that after having been filed instant petition the petitioner has not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, which was fixed for orders as to non-prosecution on 04.0.202, when petitioner was not in attendance, and one week’s time was granted to comply with office objection. Today, an urgent application has been filed by petitioner, who has remained absent, whereas, the office objections have not been complied with. Instant petition is pending before this Court since 2021 without any useful progress and the petitioner is not coming forward to pursue the same. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed on account of non-prosecution alongwith listed application.
