O R D E R

 

AMJAD ALI SAHITO, J:-   Through instant criminal bail application, the applicant, seeks post arrest bail in Crime No.46/2023, registered at Police Station   Naudero, for offence under sections 24 Sindh Arms Act. Prior to this he filed such application but the same was turned down by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Ratodero vide Order dated 24.06.2023; hence he filed instant criminal bail application.

 

2.                     The details and particulars of the F.I.R. are already available in the bail application, same could be gathered from the copy of F.I.R. attached with such application, hence, needs not to reproduce the same hereunder.

 

3.                     Per learned counsel the applicant/accused is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case; that in the main case applicant/accused has been granted bail, therefore, he also be enlarged on bail as this is a offshoot case. He further contended that the applicant/accused is in jail and he is no more required for further investigation, hence he requested for grant of bail.

 

4.                     On the other hand learned Additional Prosecutor General, Sindh raised no objection to the grant of bail on the ground that in the main case he has been granted bail.

5.                     Heard and perused.

 

6.                     Since the applicant/accused has been granted bail in main case, therefore, he is also enlarged on bail in this case subject to his furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (rupees Fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of learned trial court.
