2.         It is inter alia contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the case has been challaned and NBWs, against the applicant, have been issued by the trial court in Crime No.69/2008 of Police Station Bhan u/s 302, 34 PPC, therefore, he apprehends his arrest.

            Without touching the merits of the case, the applicant is admitted on protective bail for 07 days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this court. The applicant is directed to approach the trail court on or before 20^th November, 2009. This order will cease to effect on 20.11.2009 or when the applicant surrenders before trial court, whichever is earlier.

            The Criminal Bail Application No.706/2009 stands disposed of.
