                        Statement has been filed by S.P Investigation Muhammad Aslam Langah in which he has shown the efforts  being made by the police for arrest of the absconding accused.  Mr. Habibullah G.Ghori appearing for  one of the accused Murad Ali Shah   has  stated that the  complainant/petitioner  himself is avoiding  to proceed  with the matter before the trial Court and that the trial Court has already invoked the jurisdiction by issuing proclamation U/S 78 and 79 Cr.P.C   but the concerned SHO   present in Court denies to have  received any proclamation.  In such circumstances,  the trial Court is directed  to dispatch  the proclamation to the concerned SHO for execution of the same on absconding accused.  The police officials present in the Court are directed to continue their efforts for arrest of the absconding accused and submit  such monthly report before this Court till absconders are  arrested.  

                        In  above terms, the petition is  disposed of.
