On 28.11.2023, we had been informed by the learned Special Prosecutor NAB that the concession granted to the petitioner in terms of the order dated 14.09.2023 had been misused, as he had failed to surrender before the trial Court. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not traceable and is not contact with him. Nonetheless he states that the petition is not being pressed. In view of such statement, petition stands dismissed accordingly, leaving the NAB or trial court, as the case may be, to take any appropriate action against the petitioner, including blocking of his CNIC, as desired. Let a copy of this order be provided to the learned DAG and Special Prosecutor NAB.
