                        Mr. Ghulam Murtaza Sariyo advocate is present in Court and has pointed out that the notification dated 28.10.2009 Sindh Appellate Tribunal Presiding Officer has issued that a retired judge of this Court has been appointed. In view of this fact Mr. Kehar states that he will approach before the concerned tribunal. Obviously this petition is against the impugned order and is within time. Hence while filing fresh petition the limitation shall not come in the way. With these directions the petition stands disposed of.
