4.       The petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 199 of the Constitution seeking that the allotment of a quarter in favour of the respondent No. 6 be cancelled and the same be allotted to him, with it being said that an applicationhas also been moved in that regard before the respondent No. 5. Having considered the matter, we are of the view that in absence of a vested right,the petition is misconceived. As such, the same stands dismissed in limine, leaving the petitioner at liberty to pursuethe matter before the competentauthority.
