ORDER
MUHAMMAD SALEEM JESSAR, J.-. Through instant bail application, applicant Zahid Hussain alias Zahid Ali seeks post arrest bail in the case emanating from F.I.R No. 17/2023, registered at Police Station Ghora Ghat, for offence punishable under Sections 23(1)(a) and 25 of Sindh Arms Act, 2013. The case has been challaned which is now pending trial before the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Kashmore vide Sessions Case No.Nil of 2023 re: State V. Zahid Hussain. The applicant preferred his bail plea before the Trial Court, which was declined by means of order dated 08.11.2023; hence this bail application has been maintained.
2. The facts of the case are mentioned in F.I.R, copy whereof has been attached with the memo of bail application, hence need not to be reproduced here again.
3. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Deputy Prosecutor General and have gone through the material made before me on record.

Since it is an offshoot of the main case bearing crime No.16/2023, registered at Police Station Ghora Ghat, under sections 324, 402,148, 149,34 PPC; wherein present applicant/accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 30.11.2023, passed in 1st Criminal Bail Application No.S- 669 of 2023, therefore, he deserves to be entitled for bail in this case also. Learned Deputy Prosecutor General has no objection. Consequently, instant Criminal Bail Application is hereby allowed. Applicant Zahid Hussain alias Zahid Ali is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.
