4.                     This pre-arrest bail application has been filed against the order of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Ghotki, dated 21-07-2009 in Cr. B.A No: 1108/2009, whereby the interim pre-arrest bail granted to the applicants had been withdrawn. The applicants apprehend their arrest in Crime NO: 85/2009 registered in P.S: Sarhad, District Ghotki on 10-07-2009 for an offence alleged to have been committed on the same date.

                        Without touching the merits of the case at the moment, the applicants are admitted to interim pre-arrest bail subject to furnish solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this Court.

                        Issue notice to the DPG and the complainant for 19-11-2009, when this bail application will come up for confirmation or otherwise.
