After making some preliminary submissions, learned counsel for applicant/accused does not press the instant bail application on merits and submits that he will be satisfied if directions are given to the trial Court to expedite conclusion of the trial. The learned APG does not oppose that request. As such, while dismissing the bail application we direct the trial Court to expeditiously proceed with the trial as to conclude the same without any undue delay, preferably within a period of 03 (three months) from the date of this Order. In case of any undue delay caused either by the prosecution or any counsel, the trial court would be at liberty to take appropriate measures, including appointment of Advocate on State expenses on behalf of the accused persons if they deliberately avoid to proceed with the matter.

Let copy of this order be communicated to the learned trial Court for information and compliance.
