                        The case of the petitioner is that there is dispute on land between Lashari and Juneja communities, to which he is not concerned but he being Lashari, has been implicated in cases that are being lodged by the Junejas against Lasharis; he is retired officer of the Education Department and Principal G.H.S.S Radhan and is 70-years of age and has never implicated in any criminal case in the past, and for the last seven months, seven F.I.Rs have been lodged, wherein petitioner has also been implicated. Challan has already been submitted before the trial Court. Counsel for the petitieonr shall move to the trial Court for seeking appropriate remedy for quashment of the proceedings. However, in case any other fresh F.I.R is to be lodged by the complainant of the said F.I.Rs or their close relations, the SHO shall first seek permission from D.I.G Police, who shall after getting the matter investigated from a responsible officer will proceed in accordance with law and till the investigation is not completed as directed above the petitioner shall not be arrested. With these observations this petition stands disposed of.
