            The appellant was booked in crime No.40/2004 of P.S Market, Larkana under section 364-A, PPC. He kidnapped one baby Sana alias Sony aged about 09 years but was caught red handed. Girl was also recovered. He was convicted for seven years. He has now served out his sentence and ha been released from jail. The evidence recorded clearly shows that he was caught red handed hence no case for acquittal is made out. This jail appeal is, therefore, dismissed.
