                   Through instant criminal transfer application, the applicant has assailed the order dated 19.11.2022, passed by learned Sessions Judge, Shikarpur, whereby the plea sought for transfer of his case from the Court of learned 1^st
Judicial Magistrate, Shikarpur to any other Court, was declined.

                   Heard and perused the record.

The applicant has not been able to state the circumstances in detail, which compelled him to form an opinion that he would not get justice at the hands of learned trial Judge. The allegations so leveled by the applicant are appearing to be evasive and self procured which have also been denied by learned Sessions Judge, Shikarpur, in the impugned order that the learned trial Judge enjoys a good reputation. In that situation,   no case could be transferred from one to other Court by leveling false and baseless allegations against the learned trial Judge. Consequently, the instant transfer application being devoid of merits is dismissed in limine together with listed application with cost of Rs.2000/- to be deposited by the applicant in account of dispensary of High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court at Larkana.
