                        It is the case of petitioners that they have entered into love marriage which has annoyed their parents; consequently, they have lodged false FIR Crime No.21/2023, U/S.365-B PPC with P.S Warrah; therefore, such FIR being false to be quashed. The investigating officer of the case has recorded 161 Cr.PC statement of Mst.Bakhtawar/petitioner No.1 the alleged abductee, whereby she has denied her abduction; copy whereof is taken on record. It is stated by the Investigating officer that he would submit the final challan of the case before the Court having jurisdiction by considering 161 Cr.PC statement of Mst.Bakhtawar/petitioner No.1, the alleged abductee. The learned counsel for the petitioner being satisfied with the statement of Investigating officer does not press the instant petition; it is disposed of accordingly.
