3.                     Facts in brief necessary for disposal of instant petition are that the petitioner filed a Suit for Recovery of Damages of Rupees Three Lacs against the respondents for killing his dogs; the plaint whereof was rejected by learned 1^st Civil Judge, Shikarpur, vide order dated 11.03.2023, which is impugned by him before this Court by way of instant petition, which apparently is incompetent, as order of rejection of the plaint by a Civil Court is to be impugned in appeal before the District Court having jurisdiction. Consequently, the instant petition being misconceived is dismissed in limine.
