It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner No.1 was married with respondent No.3 Abdul Hafeez, who divorced her and after such divorce she entered into love marriage with petitioner No.2, which has annoyed her previous husband Abdul Hafeez, who then has lodged a false FIR Crime No.58/2023 under Sections 452, 365-B, 363, 148, 149, PPC with P.S A-Section, Kandhkot, against her husband and his relatives. By contending so, he sought for quashment of such FIR.

Point raised requires consideration. Issue notice against the respondents, Addl.A.G. In the meanwhile, SHO PS A-Section, Kandhkot is restrained from arresting the petitioners and causing any harassment to them.

To be fixed after four weeks.
