                   The petitioners by way of instant petition have sought quashment of FIR Crime No.55/2023, U/S.365-B, 506/2, 452 PPC of PS Saddar, Jacobabad. Investigating Officer of the case being available in the Court has recorded 161 Cr.PC statement of alleged abductee/petitioner No.1, whereby she has denied her abduction. It is stated by learned counsel for the private respondents that the abductee is underage, therefore, her marriage is hit by certain provisions of Child Marriage Restraint Act, 2013. It is stated by the Investigating officer of the case that he would consider the statement of the alleged abductee/petitioner No.1 and all the documents to be produced by the complainant while making disposal of the instant case. Learned counsel for the petitioners being satisfied with the statement of Investigating officer of the case does not press the instant petition; it is disposed of accordingly.
