3.                     The petitioner after disposal of his application U/S. 491 Cr.PC by learned 1^st Additional Sessions Judge, Larkana, has approached this Court by way of instant petition, whereby he has prayed that Mst.Um-e-Rabab with whom he has entered into love marriage, allegedly detained by the private respondents to be set free after recording her statement.

                        Mst.Um-e-Rabab the alleged detainee is produced by the private respondents; on asking she stated that she does not know the petitioner; her statement was got recorded through SIP Asif Ali Tunio of P.S Sachal, wherein she stated that she is married with one Naeem Ali son of Nazir Ali and wants to join him and her parents; it is taken on record, which prima facie suggests that she is under no wrongful confinement with anyone, to be set free in favour of the petitioner

                        The instant petition being misconceived is dismissed accordingly.
