 It is the case of petitioner that he qualified the requisite test for his appointment as Junior School Teacher in year 2012; one of the candidates named Sunita Kumari under same circumstances has been appointed while he has been deprived of such relief by the respondents. By maintaining such facts, he has sought for direction against the respondents to appoint him as Junior School Teacher. The appointment of Sunita Kumari being female and Hindu was made on the basis of quota reserved for the minorities and female; the petitioner is neither female nor is member of minority community, therefore, his case is distinguishable to that of Sunita Kumari, as such he could not allege discrimination. Even otherwise, the instant petition having been filed with lapse of more than one decade, thus it is hit by laches; it is dismissed in limine together with listed applications.
