 The petitioners by way of instant petition have sought for direction against the respondents to release their salaries having been appointed by them legally. As per comments filed by District Education Officer, Qamber, their names are not taking place in merit list and their appointment orders have been managed/forged. If it is so then none can be permitted to take salary on the basis of forged/managed appointment order. Even otherwise, the dispute with regard to appointment orders of the petitioners being fake/managed or otherwise, involving factual controversy could not be resolved by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction. Consequently, the instant petition being misconceived is dismissed together with listed application.
