                        The applicant by way of instant application U/S. 526 Cr.PC has sought for transfer of his case from the Court of learned 5^th Additional Sessions Judge, Shikarpur, to any other Court of competent jurisdiction for its disposal according to law mainly for the reason that said Court is lying vacant, which is not opposed by learned Addl.P.G for the State. Consequently, the case of the applicant is withdrawn from the file of learned  5^th Additional Sessions Judge, Shikarpur and made over to the file of learned Sessions Judge, Shikarpur, to be disposed of by him or to be assigned to any other Court of competent jurisdiction for its disposal according to law.

                        The instant Crl.Transfer Application is disposed of accordingly.
