 2&4. The applicants have challenged order dated 18.1.2023 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Jacobabad whereby he dismissed the application to acquit the applicants under section 265-K Cr.PC in a complaint filed by the respondent No.2 against them under the Illegal Dispossession Act, 2005. Per the learned trial court from the averments made in the complaint, it would be pre mature to acquit the applicants. Learned counsel has not been able to convince this court to take a different view. Therefore, the order of the trial court does not call for interference in revisional jurisdiction. The application is dismissed in limine.
