An FIR Crime No.91/2022, U/S.365, 496-A and 364-A PPC was lodged by Faraz Ali with P.S, Mehar, with regard to abduction of his wife Mst.Amber and his niece Mst.Sadaf, which the petitioners have sought to be quashed by preferring the instant petition before this Court; during course of hearing whereof, the Investigating Officer of said case put his appearance and recorded statement of Mst.Amber U/S.161 Cr.PC whereby she denied her abduction; copy of such statement is taken on record. It is stated by the Investigating Officer of the present case that recovery of Mst.Sadaf is yet to be effected, therefore, he is need of time to finalize the investigation of present case. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that he would be having no objection and would not press the instant petition, if the investigation of the present case is continued by the Investigating officer with regard to recovery of Mst.Sadaf, provided, the statement of Mst.Amber recorded U/S.161 Cr.PC is considered by him while submitting final challan of the case before the Magistrate having jurisdiction, which the Investigating Officer has undertaken to be considered in accordance with law.

The instant petition is disposed of accordingly.
