Through this application under Sections 278 of the Succession Act, 1925, the Petitioner has prayed for grant of Letters of Administration in respect of immovable property viz. Flat No. A-4, 2^nd Floor, in Al-Habib Garden, Admeasuring 180.45 sq.yds.out of Plot bearing Sub-Plot No. G-17/A, Plot No.G-17, Block-9, KDA Scheme No.5, Clifton, Karachi.

In Para 3 of the Petition it has been stated that deceased Ahsanul Hasan at the time of his death left behind Mst. Zeenat Ahsan (widow), Imranul Hassan Khan(son), Mst. Uzma Azam (daughter), Rizwanul Hassan Khan (son), Salmanul Hassan Khan (son ) and Adnan ul Hassan Khan (son ) as his surviving legal heirs. Out of the above legal heirs, three legal heirs namely Imranul Hassan Khan, Salman ul Hassan Khan and Adnaul Hassan Khan have executed Power of Attorneys in favour of the petitioner.

After filing of this Petition, required formalities viz. publication of notice etc.have been complied with. Two independent witnesses Azam Sultan and Syed Kashif Athar, present in Court, have also affirmed these facts in their affidavits already filed before this Court alongwith the Petition. No objections from any corner have been received against the grant of this Petition.

There seems no legal impediment in granting this Petition. Accordingly, it is granted and office is directed to issue Letters of Administration in favour of the Petitioner as per Rules.
