Zulfiqar Ali Sangi, J.     Through this petition, petitioner Aneel Kumar seeks directions to official respondents for providing legal protection. It appears that the prior to filing of instant petition the petitioner had approached learned Sessions Judge/ Ex-Officio/Justice of Peace Kashmore @ Kandhkot by way of filing Crl. Misc. Appln. No. 2024 of 2021, which was disposed of vide Order dated 23.11.2021, with directions to official respondents to provide protection to the applicant (petitioner herein), and inspite of such directions issued by Ex-Officio/ Justice of Peace the petitioner has approached this Court by filing instant petition with similar prayer, though in view of case of Abdul Hameed and another v. Province of Sindh through Secretary Home Department and 8 others reported in PLD 2019 Sindh 168, the petitioner was supposed to approach the same Ex-Officio/ Justice of Peace.

In case of Abdul Hameed and another v. Province of Sindh through Secretary Home Department and 8 others reported in PLD 2019 Sindh 168, passed following directions, amongst others were passed:

“Learned Ex-Officio Justice of Peace of all districts are directed that if any order of protection etc. is passed by them in future on an application/ complaint of a party, the S.H.O concerned should be directed by them to submit compliance report to them within seven (07) days.

Perusal of order reflects that such directions have already been issued by the Ex-Officio/Justice of Peace. In the circumstances, instant petition stands dismissed with cost of Rs.2000/- (Two thousand rupees), to be deposited by the petitioner within one month with Accountant of this Court, for dispensary fund; and in case of his failure to deposit such amount within stipulated period, it shall be recovered as land revenue arrears.
