                        It is stated by the petitioner that he initially was appointed by the respondents as Supervisor, on daily wages basis; subsequently, his services were hired by them on contract basis as helper through 3^rd party; finally those were confirmed after having recourse through this Court.   By stating so, he sought for regularization of his services from the date of his initial appointment with all back benefits including promotion etc.  The services which the petitioner have rendered with the respondents on daily wages basis and/or contract basis through 3^rd party could hardly be counted towards seniority making him entitled to back benefits including promotion; consequently, the instant constitutional petition being misconceived is dismissed in limine together with pending applications.
