                   It is stated by learned counsel for applicant that the applicant is real father of minors babies Qurat-ul-Ain aged 08 years, Noor Fatima aged 06 years and boy Muhammad aged 05 years, they have been kept in wrongful confinement by their mother Mst.Shakeela within jurisdiction of P.S Sachal at Karachi; therefore, the official respondents be directed to procure their custody and then to produce them before this Court for further orders. If for the sake of arguments,   it is believed that the said minors have been detained illegally by their mother within jurisdiction of P.S Sachal Karachi, then the Court having jurisdiction at Karachi to be approached for the purpose. No Rule-Nisi could be issued by this court beyond territorial limits of its Criminal Appellate Jurisdiction, as is prescribed under Section 491 (1) (a) Cr.PC. Consequently, the instant Crl. Misc. Application being misconceived is dismissed in limine together with listed application.
