                    It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners were appointed in Education Department as Chowkidars and now they are not being paid their salaries by the respondents. By contending so, he sought for direction against the respondents to release salaries of the petitioners, which is opposed by learned A.A.G for the State by making reference to the comments of District Education Officer Shikarpur by contending that the names of the petitioners are not taking place in list of 246 employees who were appointed by the then Executive District Officer (Education), Shikarpur. By contending so, an impression was given by him that the appointment letters of the petitioners are bogus. None of the petitioner could be ordered to be paid salary on the basis of bogus appointment letter. Consequently, the instant petition being misconceived is dismissed accordingly.
