3.                     It is interalia contended that the applicant was released by the police after his arrest exonerating him and thereafter he left the country for job and when came back he was informed that he is wanted in crime No. 28/2007, P.S Darri, Larkana, and want to surrender before the concerned Court but apprehends his arrest before his surrender.

                        Without touching the merits of the case, the applicant is granted protective bail for seven days subject to his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.300,000/- (Three lacs), and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court. This order shall cease to have effect upto seven days from today or on when the applicant surrenders himself before concerned Court, whichever is earlier.
