                   Applicant seeks bail in crime No.132/2009, registered under Sections 365-B, 496-A, 363 & 109, P.P.C, at Police Station Mehar. 

                   F.I.R was registered on 26.3.2009 by complainant Ali Sher Chandio that on 21.03.2009, at morning time, he and his daughter Ameeran and son Gulsher were sitting in the house when his cousin Abdulah and cousin Kareem came and were sitting with them, at about 6.00 p.m. they saw and identified applicant Ali Hyder having gun, 2)Muhammad Khan having gun, 3) Mukhtiar having pistol, 4) Dilawar having lathi, 5) Punhoon having lathi, 6) Shabir having lathi entered in his house.  Accused Ali Hyder pointed his gun towards them and asked not to move, hence under the fear of weapons they remained silent.  Thereafter accused Muhammad Khan and Mukhtiar dragged the complainant’s daughter from her arm, who raised cries, and they took out her from the house.

                   Statements of the P.Ws were recorded in time.  The abductee has not been recovered so far. 

                   The learned advocate for the applicant argued that due to matrimonial dispute F.I.R has been registered against the applicant, but no such material has been placed on record in support of the contention.  The applicant has been assigned specific role and further the abductee girl has not been recovered so far.  In view of the above, the listed bail application is dismissed.  However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings and decide the same preferably within six months.
