O R D E R.

ABDUL MOBEEN LAKHO, J:- Through the instant bail application, applicants Khamiso, Moula Bux, Nisar Ahmed and Naseer Ahmed seek Pre-arrest bail in respect of Crime No.25/2022 of Police Station, Sarhad, District Ghotki, registered for offence under Section 506/2, 34, PPC.

2. Prior to this, the applicants had moved their application for grant of pre-arrest bail before the learned trial Court but the same was dismissed vide order dated 24.03.2022. They have, therefore approached this Court with the same prayer. They were granted interim pre-arrest bail on 28.03.2022 and today their bail application is fixed for confirmation or otherwise.

3. Since the facts of the prosecution case have already mentioned in the bail order as well as in the memo of bail application, therefore there is no need to repeat the same.

4. Heard arguments. After arguing the bail application, the learned Addl.P.G appearing on behalf of the State has frankly conceded for confirmation of interim pre-arrest bail already granted to the applicants.

5. Since this is a case of general allegation against the applicants that they caused lathi blows to complainant’s son , the applicants have been appearing before the learned trial Court regularly and in future will also keep their attendance regularly and the learned AAG has conceded for confirmation of interim bail, therefore this bail application is allowed and interim pre-arrest bail already granted to applicants Khamiso, Moula Bux, Nisar Ahmed and Naseer Ahmed on 28.03.2022, is hereby confirmed on same terms and condition.
