Alleged detenue Mst. Shabroz Khatoon is produced by ASI Muhammad Ali Shaikh of PS A-Section, Sukkur, Lady Constable Shagufta Naz and Lady Constable Saba Abbasi of PS Women, Sukkur.

                   In compliance of the order passed by this Court, detenue Mst.Shabroz alongwith her two kids has been produced by the Women Police Station, Sukkur.  The D.P.O., Sukkur/respondent No.6 and S.H.O PS A-Section, Sukkur, have also filed the report.  Same be taken on record.  After recording the statement of detenue, the detenue is set at liberty to exercise her right to live independently in accordance with law.  She may go wherever she wants.  At the moment she wants to go with her mother i.e. the applicant, who is present in Court. The respondent No.1 to 3 have chosen to remain absent inspite of service of notice upon them.  Under the circumstances, since the grievance of the applicant is ventilated, therefore, she does not press the listed criminal miscellaneous application, which is dismissed accordingly.
