It is stated by learned counsel for the applicant that proposed accused being police officials have demanded money from the applicant for discharge of their lawful duty, which constitute an offence on their part, for that they are liable to be prosecuted after registration of such FIR with PS Khan Muhammad Siyal. If; proposed accused being police officials have actually demanded money from the applicant for discharge of their lawful duty, then it constitutes a scheduled offence; cognizance whereof could only be taken by Anti-Corruption Authority and not by regular police. Learned counsel for the applicant to satisfy this Court on the point of maintainability of instant Cr. Misc. Application. To be fixed by the office after three weeks.
