3. The applicant by way of
instant Crl. Misc. Applicant u/s 497 (5) Cr.P.C has sought for cancellation bail, which was granted
to the private respondents prior to their arrest by learned trial Court, mainly for the reason
that they are misusing the such concession. If it is so, then the applicant may
seek cancellation of bail of the private respondents by filing such application
before learned trial Court; consequently, the instant Crl.
Misc. Application being misconceived is dismissed accordingly.
