2 & 3. The applicant by way of instant petition has sought for custody of her daughter Mst. Shazia, who as per her is confined illegally by the private respondents. It is stated by learned counsel for the respondents that the petitioner has married at least for four times; Mst. Shazia, the alleged detenue is residing with her and she in order to grab money from the private respondents is involving them in false litigation off and on. Be that as it may, the petitioner to produce B-Form of Mst. Shazia together with her photograph for further action.

Adjourned to be fixed after three week.
