       Mr. Qazi has contended that Family Judge has reviewed its own order dated 2^nd May 2005 and through the impugned order custody of the minor was directed to be delivered to the father which tantamount to review its own order in contravention of Section 45 of the Guardian & Wards Act. The custody of the minor was delivered to the respondent No. 1, who has been shifted to Hyderabad in contravention to the earlier order dated 2^nd May 2005 that the minor should not be removed from the jurisdiction of the Guardian Court at Karachi. The contention raised require consideration. Admit. Issue notice to the counsel appearing for respondent. To come up for hearing on 15.11.2006.
