It is stated by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants on conclusion of the trial, the applicants were convicted under Sections 337-A(v) and 337-L(ii) PPC and sentenced to pay Arsh and Daman to the injured by learned Judicial Magistrate No. XVII, Karachi West vide judgment dated 02.03.2021, which they impugned by filing an appeal, it was dismissed by learned VIII-Additional Sessions Judge, Karachi West vide judgment dated 08.06.2021, which they have impugned before this Court. In the meanwhile, the Arsh/Daman payable by the applicants has been deposited with learned trial Magistrate by Al-Khidmat Welfare Society. By contending so, he does not press the disposal of instant Revision Application before this Court on merits provided the applicants are ordered to be released having served out the sentence/paid the Arsh/Daman amount, which is not opposed by learned DPG for the state.

In view of above the instant Revision Application is dismissed as not pressed, applicants to be released in the present case, forthwith, if they have fulfilled/complied the terms of impugned judgments.

Instant Revision Application is disposed of accordingly.
