1.                 Urgency application is allowed.

2 & 3.           These joint applications under Sections 345 (5) Cr.P.C for permission to compound offence and application under Section 345 (6) Cr.P.C for acceptance of compromise have been moved by the applicants Shahmore @ Ghulam Nabi and Amanullah and Complainant/Injured Jan Muhammad Bahalkanai.

                    The Complainant who is sole injured of the case, is present in person; he state that he has compromised the matter with applicants in the name of Almighty Allah due to intervention of nekmards and have forgiven them and do not claim any compensation, Arsh or Daman etc. He further states that, he has no objection if the compromise is accepted and applicants are acquitted of the charges.  To the above extent his affidavit is also on record.

                    Learned D.P.G. appearing for the State waives the notice on these applications and concedes for grant of applications.

                    In view of above position and the fact that the offence is compoundable; permission to compound the offence is granted by allowing application U/S 345(5) Cr.P.C. Consequently, the application U/S 345(6) Cr.P.C is allowed and the applicants are acquitted of the charge. They are in custody, they be released forthwith if not required in any criminal case.

3.                 The Criminal Revision Appln is disposed of in above terms along with pending application.
